I love one year old cake smashing sessions!! Laurel is the first one year old baby that dug into the cake almost right away. I love the idea of photographing the bath afterwards, such cute pictures!

These twin boys make for a super fun mini session!! When one was smiling, the other was usually crying. 🙂 I had a great time taking their family portraits again this year!
I love one year old cake smashing sessions. Sometimes the kids aren’t sure of it and sometimes they dig right in! Jaxon had no issues digging right, he even had his foot in the cake at one point. 🙂
They took advantage of my fall mini sessions at Saguaro Ranch Park in Glendale. I’m so glad they did so I could get the chance to meet their adorable young twins!! It’s too bad we didn’t have someone video taping this session. We were all making crazy sounds to get the babies’ attention and then the dog’s attention as well!! It was quite hilarious!
I photographed their wedding a few years ago. So when they asked me to take family and maternity portraits for them, I was extremely excited to meet their son and see them again! The second part of this session is actually where we photographed their engagement session. She loved the spot so much and thought it would be perfect for maternity photos. I totally agree! The wind was a little crazy that day, but it was perfect for the dress she picked out!
These kids have such a great personality! It was a lot of fun taking their pictures! I love when I get the chance to show the love and laughter of a family!
I love when families get together for family portraits! You get the best of both worlds, you get to take big family portraits and your smaller family portraits as well. This is one of my new favorite spots to take family portraits! The lighting is gorgeous!
10 years ago, they got married on Cathedral Rock. Â They decided for their 10 year anniversary they would like to take family portraits at the exact same spot. Â I had a great time hiking up to the flat spot and just taking in the views when we were done. Â Check out the gorgeous views at their Sedona family portraits.
