On one of their first dates, they split a mango together. It was the first time she had ever had a mango and wasn’t sure what to expect. It turns out that she loves them! So they decided to bring a couple of mangos with them for their engagement session.

I love when couples make their wedding themed for something they are into! They had a masquerade themed wedding and even bought masks for all of the guests! The groom was crying when the bride was walking down the aisle. It was so emotional, I was crying right along with him. 🙂 Instead of doing a sand ceremony or candle, they made a painting together with their moms.

I photographed their wedding a couple of years ago. I was so excited when she called and told me she was pregnant!! Here is their fun maternity session.
We started out at their house to get a couple of pictures with their dogs, then went to Papago Park for sunset. We then went to Tempe Town Lake for a night photo. We had a great time getting to know you and can’t wait for your wedding in September!

They have been together for 57 years and were finally able to get married!! They invited everyone to see their ceremony and then family and close friends to the reception. It was a very special day!!
